Body Boutique Bike + Bootcamp

This circuit style 60-minute workout commands power, strength and agility. Classes are a combination of high-intensity cardio (on the bike) alternating with strength training (on the floor). Full-body workouts that are designed to complement each other to offer a comprehensive time-effective workout.

Class Size: Up to 8 

Weather: In the event of rain or other inclement weather the cycle portion will be replaced with alternative cardio portion. 

What Should I Bring: Cross trainers, towel, and water. 

Body Boutique Bike + Bootcamp Express

This circuit style 45-minute workout is a shortened version of our traditional class, with all of the same health benefits. Classes are a combination of HIIT (on the bike) with strength training (on the floor). This class format is perfect for lunch hours or for those with little free time.

Body Boutique"Pump It"

 This 60-minute, high repetition, light dumbbell workout, will take you through a variety of exercises while moving to the beat of the music. Notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. It truly is a total body workout

 

Class Size: Up To 6 

What Should I Bring: Cross trainers, towel, and water.

 Private sessions are completely customizable In both group and one-on-one settings. Upon booking a member of our staff will ask a series of questions so that we can design a workout to fit your individual needs.
